When you start working for Martin Luther Homes in Boronia/The Basin, you are not only working for the previous Aged Care Provider of the Year in Victoria, but you are also joining a not-for-profit organisation that follows the principle, ‘look after your staff and the staff look after your residents’! We are no large corporation, and we don’t have numerous facilities across Australia with a large HR department where most employees are simply numbers.
We consider ourselves a boutique stand-alone facility with a long and proud history where everybody knows everyone’s name and where you can knock on the CEO’s door to have a chat.
