Visit a Client (Transition Care Program)

Please sign in via the check-in counter located at the Arcadia Entrance. Please read the instructions below before visiting.

The following regulations apply to visiting clients from the Transition Care Program (TCP).

Visiting Hours

Monday – Sunday: 8 am to 8 pm (last entry)

Before visiting…

  • Preferably be fully vaccinated.
  • Get tested. Visitor can do their Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) at home, take a picture with date and time stamp and present to staff on-site. If you do not have mobile phone/camera, you can do the RAT on-site. You can also bring in the RAT that they have done at home. If you do this, you need to write your name, date & time ON the RAT cassette with a permanent marker. If you have a negative PCR test result within 24 hours prior to visiting, this will be a substitute for the need for a RAT.

When visiting

  • Have proof of a negative COVID-19 test (as described above) or do a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on-site.
  • Face masks are optional, but this may change in the event of an outbreak. Please check with reception or staff for the latest information.
  • A face mask must be worn at all times when visiting a client in isolation.

Please also note that for visits after 5 pm, you will need to use the call bell or call a number provided at the door. There might be a waiting time before staff can let you in.
