Visit a Resident (Aged Care Facility)

Visits should ideally be booked in advance. Regulations have been put in place to keep our residents as safe as possible.

The regulations below apply to visiting aged care residents. For visiting clients in the Transition Care Program (TCP), please click HERE.

Visiting Hours

Monday – Sunday: 8 am to 8 pm (last entry)

Before visiting…

– Please book in advance on our website at ‘Contact’ – ‘Book a Visit’ or via this link: www.martinlutherhomes.com.au/book-a-visit/. Same-day bookings are possible. If you need assistance, call the booking staff at (03) 9760 2150.

(If you’re planning to bring your pet on-site, please get in touch with us at (03) 9760 2100 BEFORE making your booking.)

Visit virtually
