A new era of aged care in Australia is about to begin.

From 1 November 2025, the New Aged Care Act will come into effect, bringing with it the most significant changes to aged care legislation in decades. This new Act strengthens the rights of older people and redefines how aged care services are delivered and regulated nationwide.
