SJ Higgins builders have commenced their work on our new aged care facilities by erecting two portable cabins on the Arcadia Avenue car park site. For your safety, extensive fencing has also been put in place alongside Arcadia Avenue, to prepare for demolishing.
Please do not use the pathway from the independent living units through to Arcadia Avenue car park, which is also blocked off for the remainder of the construction period. The entire construction period is scheduled to take about twelve months.
During the time of construction, there is no staff, resident or family parking available off Arcadia Avenue. Instead, there is access for a 10-minute drop off and pick up for residents, families, doctors, ambulances, taxis and waste management.
