Visiting Guidelines
Mountain View & Edelweiss residents: use Mountain View reception for TCP.
All other residents: use Arcadia entrance, 5 Arcadia Avenue, Boronia, 3155.
Alternatively, you can contact us at (03) 9760 2150 or (03) 9760 2100 during business hours (Mon to Fri, 10 am – 5 pm) with any questions about visiting. Outside of these hours, feel free to leave a message.

Monday – Sunday: 8 am to 8 pm (last entry)

Virtual Visit
You can also ‘visit’ our residents virtually via video (group) calls as well via phone calls. If you are interested, please contact our Activities Team at (03) 9760 2490 or at activities@martinlutherhomes.com.au.
Visitor Guidelines
- Please respect visiting hours if applicable.
- Follow infection control measures (hand hygiene, masks if required).
- Children and pets are welcome with supervision.
- Please stay home if unwell.
Animal Visit
If you’re planning to bring your pet on-site, please contact us at (03) 9760 2100 BEFORE you plan your visit. Animal visits must be pre-approved by Elise Gowans, Director of Nursing at least 48 hours before the visit. No animals are allowed to stay in the car while visiting an older person or client.
Special Circumstances
In times of outbreaks or emergencies, visiting arrangements may change to protect the health of older people. Updates will always be shared promptly.
