Retirement Living

Our retirement village, with all its wonderful independent living units, houses, and apartments, is the pride and joy of Martin Luther Homes. After all, building units where seniors can live independently as part of a community with like-minded people is what our organisation was founded for over 50 years ago.

Our village is situated on 12 beautiful acres of parks and gardens. There are plenty of activities to take part in and many of our residents highly value the social aspect and to have friendly neighbours with similar hobbies and interests. Our village consists of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and even 3-bedroom units and spacious modern apartments with large balconies that take in the magnificent views of the Dandenongs.

At the centre of our village is the Chapel and our Community Hall. Both venues are at the centre of many of our activities and cultural life. We do not only celebrate the most important holidays of the year together but also many other events such as birthdays or other important milestones. Our residents in the village also hold regular fundraisers for people in need and information sessions on interesting topics.

We have a designated maintenance team that is there for you to ensure everything is working and up-to-date. Martin Luther Homes Maintenance will look after your unit or apartment and ensure that your home is safe and secure.
