PCA roles available

We are currently recruiting Personal Care Assistants (PCA). 

To join our team, you will bring:

  • Prior experience of at least one year in the role of PCA
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Passion for the welfare of our residents
  • Commitment to working within Martin Luther Homes’ vision
  • Availability to do shift work
  • Skills and knowledge required to complete Care Plan documentation
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in iCARE (desirable)
  • German language skills beneficial

Candidates will require:

  • National Police Check
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Right to work in Australia
